1. General Terms and Conditions

This website (hereinafter the “Website”) is operated by the company under the name Ar-Ste Management LTD (Sanctum Spa and Fitness), with registered seat at Limassol, company registry number HE249825, TAX number: 10249825W, (hereinafter the “Company”).

 

1.2

The Company is the sole and exclusive owner of the Website and of all rights (including copyright) deriving from the Website. Use of the Website, including copying, storing, modifying, distributing, or posting its contents (in whole or in part), is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Company.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information on the Website. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website’s contents.

 

1.5

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the Website’s content at the time of posting, errors such as pricing inaccuracies may occur. The Company will not process any orders containing material errors and will notify customers via email.

 

1.6

All products, services, and memberships displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Should any service or product be unavailable, the Company will inform customers promptly, and no charges will apply for unavailable items.

 

1.7

Prices listed on the Website are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. For international orders, any customs duties or import fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery, and delays caused by customs are outside the Company’s control.

 

2. Ordering and Payment Policies

2.1

Delivery charges, estimated timelines, and applicable policies are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Orders must be placed before 12 noon (GMT+2) to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

 

2.2

Customers may return unopened and unused products within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Statutory rights are not affected.

 

2.3

Customers should review orders carefully before confirming. Once an order is placed, it cannot be corrected.

 

2.4

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed when an order is prepared for dispatch.

 

3. Delivery, Cancellation, and Substitution Policies

3.1

Customers will receive email confirmation upon placing an order. The Company accepts orders only upon dispatching the products. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of products
  • Incorrect or unverifiable billing information
  • Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent
  • Errors in pricing or product description

Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded.

 

3.2

All orders are delivered via courier services to the address provided during checkout. Further details on shipping are available on the Shipping & Returns page.

 

3.3

If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged product, they must notify the Company promptly. The correct product will be delivered at no extra cost.

 

4. Website Security and Liability

4.1

The Company takes reasonable care to ensure the Website is free of viruses or defects but does not guarantee that usage will not harm the user’s device. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their devices are secure and compatible.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of Cyprus, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
