Sanctum Spa & Fitness offers fast and reliable shipping within Cyprus:

  • FREE shipping for orders over €100.
  • For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €7 applies.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Please note:

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.
  • Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or the next working day.

 

Return Policy

At Sanctum Spa & Fitness, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, the following guidelines apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided you include the original receipt reflecting the item’s purchase price.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using the same shipping carton in which the product was delivered.
  • Include a copy of the original receipt and send the package to:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) as soon as the return is processed.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact.
